General terms & conditions:
1. According to national relative laws and regulations, products are provided services of free repairing, replacement and returning for the products which are conformed to warranty conditions bought in China mainland. Warranty services is free except insurance and charge of post and freight.
2. You could enjoy the warranty service if you had warranty card. The serial No. must comply with the serial No. on the scooter. The validity of product warranty begins from the earlier date between the date noted on commercial invoice and the date of products activation shall prevail. If the certificate of warranty beginning date can not show, manufacture date will be considered as warranty beginning date to calculate the products whether in warranty period.
3. Seven days after selling, if having equipment problems, once confirm, repairing, replacement and returning products are promised.
4.  Fifteen days after selling, if having equipment problems, should confirm, repairing or replacement products are promised.
5. From selling date to the expiry date of warranty, if having equipment problems, once confirm, free repairing is promised.
6. The validity of warranty will be recalculated after exchanging products.  A stamp is put on the reverse side of commercial invoice and the date of exchange will be noted as well as a new warranty card is provided.
1: One year for the motor, main board, Samsung battery and LG battery.
2: Half year for the charger and Chinese battery.

If something wrong with it, firstly, please check the Manual carefully, Secondly, offer us the video about it, and we will give you professional idea to make it works normally. Finally, if it still not work and by the technical matter, you can return the products back, we can change a new one to you or return the payment to you, but you need to pay for the freight
For Bulk Order(≥1000 PCS):
 If the reject ratio exceed 2% by technical, you need to ship the wrong spareparts which in warranty scope  back to us,
 and we ship the new spareparts to you.   

 Product had been dismounted and repaired by anyone without the authorization by MAXWHELL.
